Pre-float Tips

1. Don’t shave or wax the day of your float as the Epsom salts could sting.

2. Try not to drink coffee or any caffeine based products a few hours before your float as it might make it difficult to relax.

3. Try to have just a light meal a few hours before your float, although floating on a full stomach might be uncomfortable.

4. Make sure you are not dehydrated before your float.

5. If you want to perform physical activities before your float it could enhance your floating experience and the float will also help to speed up recovery, this could also help you to achieve a greater state of relaxation during your float.

6. If this is the first time you have tried floating with us please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes early before your appointment time, this will give us time to go through a floating orientation and answer any questions that you might have.

7. Before entering the float suites we recommend that you use the washroom if needed.

8. Please just bring an open mind.
